ISA Fall Summit is expanding content and tracks for the Industrial Channel

Late last week, the Industrial Supply Association sent out for the full details for the ISA Fall Summit November 3-5, 2025 in Memphis.

The ISA Fall Summit has evolved over the years, and I am excited about this year’s enhancements.

The event still has it’s bedrock programming for Emerging Leaders, Women in Industry, and the Veterans Empowerment Network of course, but the New Executive Network Track opens new doors for Industrial Channel Leaders.

This years – ISA Executive Network Track has a great lineup of presenters, panel participants and moderators on the program- The lineup includes-

Teresa Wu, Vice President, Industrial Channel, USAC SIBG, 3M and Shawn Gregg, Vice President – General Manager, Wesco International have a great session on Leading Through Change: Building Resilience Across the Industrial Channel

Molly Langdon, Senior V.P. Customer Experience, Stellar Industrial Supply and Jonathan Bein from Distribution Strategy Group have a great Sales Leadership Session: Strategic Customer Engagement: Turning Feedback into Growth

Jay Johnson President, Navasota Industrial Supply; Educator, Texas A&M has session that is can’t miss – Sales Leadership Session : From Rep to Rainmaker: Coaching for Sales Growth

Kyle Weber, President, Global Integrated Supply, Vallen and myself have a Sales Leadership Session: The Sales Edge: Using Data to Drive Growth

Steve Hudson, Vice President of Digital Services, Stanley Black & Decker and Brent Williams, President, US Tool Group have a session with Paul Noble from Verusen called Unlocking Growth Through Digital Transformation in Legacy Operations

The lineup of Industrial Channel leaders is impressive, from the large public companies to leading key independent distributors in the channel sharing insights and best practices.

ISA Fall Summit has great speakers, presenters, and channel leaders leading sessions in all 3 education tracks

I asked Brendan Breen and the ISA team for some quotes on why they were excited about the continued upgrades and enhancements they continue to add for each ISA Fall Summit. I thought his quotes were spot on.

I hope you and your teammates can attend the ISA Fall Summit in November. The ISA team has assembled a great lineup of sessions and activities to make a trip to Memphis this fall to be a memorable and worthwhile experience….Graceland, Beale Street, and more.

The Fall sessions will help you learn and grow, and provide tactical take home programs that you can share with your team, to help get 2026 off to a great start.
