Originally founded as Women Industrial Supply Executives (W.I.S.E.) in 2012, Women in Industry (WII) has evolved to offer a broader range of educational and networking opportunities for women at all levels within ISA member companies.
At the heart of a thriving community of women in industrial supply, the network includes the new Women in Industry Mentorship Program, the annual Women in Industry Fall Summit, along with in-person and virtual meetups, and other initiatives that support its mission. These activities and opportunities help women expand their professional and personal development, creating connections that benefit both individuals and the companies they work for.
Industrial Supply Association – Emerging Leaders Network
The ISA Emerging Leaders Network is a community of young professionals and high-potential individuals looking to develop their leadership skills, industry expertise, and professional networks.
Next-gen leaders can connect through the Emerging Leaders Channel Certification (ELCC) program and participate in ISA events like the Fall Summit, where they gain practical leadership tools and actionable industry insights to drive impact in your company. Representing the full spectrum of the MROP channel—including manufacturers, distributors, and IMRs—this network unites young professionals from businesses of all sizes, creating opportunities found nowhere else in the industrial supply industry.
Industrial Supply Association – Veterans Empowerment Network
The Veterans Empowerment Network (VEN) is a newly established network dedicated to building a strong, united community focused on empowering and supporting veterans within the industrial supply industry and beyond.
VEN is committed to opening opportunities for veterans by creating a community of mutual support, offering educational resources and networking opportunities while promoting charitable activities that give back to the veteran community.
