Winning Orders with AI-Powered Sales Quoting & Ordering

Last month I participated on Prokeep’s webinar on order quotation and order automation. For a pre-launch event, the attendance was great.

Customers want speedy responses to quote and questions.

The reason – they are running fast. Not enough time, or maintenance labor, to get all the work done so they need distributors to be responsive. And end-users have told us that quick quote responses, especially on stock material which they “need now” is critical. Or, in other words, remember the phrase “the early bird gets the worm?”

In essence, speed “kills”. It kills the competition. It enables you to take orders off the street. And for projects, if you can get your quote in early you may be able to either set the bar or create an environment, presuming you are a valued and trusted resource, to get feedback to refine your quote (if needed.) Worst case the customer values you got your quote in early for them to review.
